ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a Clinical instructor you are responsible for supervision, coaching, development, Organize and teach in service education programmes as and when required / identified.
- To supervise nurses in clinical areas.
To conduct clinical teaching sessions.- To conduct competency Assessment.
To identify nurses learning needs.
- To assist with the orientation of newly appointed nursing staff/CPD programmes.
To conduct selected clinical teaching sessions.- To assist carry out continuing professional education sessions.
To provide opportunities for Practical Demonstrations in wards.
- To write valuation reports of nurses clinical competency performance.
To assist in all training activities.- To keep up to date with Nursing knowledge and skills.
To act as a good role model to all nurses.
- At all times to maintain strict confidentiality of any information you may becomes aware of during the course of your duties.
Enhance Professional growth and Development through reading of relevant Literature, as well as attendance to relevant training programmes (internal & external).- Perform other tasks/duties as assigned.

Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
