Prepare tasks and patient assignments for students and be accountable for the outcomes of student learning experiences in the clinical areas- Create clinical objectives with students and communicate expectations to help them achieve objectives.
Supervise students during clinical practice, skills laboratory learning time and any assigned projects
- Monitor student learning through pre-and post-conferences with students in the assigned clinical area.
Supervise field experience in specialty nursing of Obstetrics, Mental Health, and Community Health Nursing.- Support administrative decisions by reinforcing them to the students
Perform additional functions assigned that is within the job scope of a clinical instructor
