Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and courteously register patients in a professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service, explaining available treatment packages to patients.
Manage incoming calls, schedule patient appointments based on physician availability, and send reminders via WhatsApp.
Address patient inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Assist TCM physician in treatment handling and herbs dispensing.
Prepare accurate billing statements ensuring completeness and correctness of charges for services rendered.
Issue official receipts after collecting payments and ensure accurate daily collections recorded and submitted to Accounts Department.
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, record maintenance, stocktaking, and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
Job Requirements:
SPM / STPM / Foundation / Certificate / Diploma in Nursing or equivalent education background.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Customer-service oriented with excellent hospitality skills.
Passionate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Digital Practical Clinic Management Solutions.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
Age not exceeding 45 years.
Able to work on weekends or public holidays (Full Day).
