Assist doctor and manage clinics operations and administration.- Managing staff duty roster and submitting staff overtime and allowances claim to Corporate Office for month-end payroll processing.
Accounting management ( book keeping/payroll/ expenses/invoice )
- Support and perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or Management.

REQUIREMENTS:- At least 3 5 years of related experiences in the clinical and clinical administration function
Able to coordinate and facilitate the teams and workgroups as well as able to liaise with the relevant authority and different levels of staff, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Must possess own transport.
Computer literate.
- Experience using HR software/app e.g: mysyarikat & accounting software e.g: SQL
