Job Scope, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide medical information to potential patients (via phone and face-to-face).
- Persuade potential patients to book consultation appointments.
- Follow up with potential patients who have not yet booked their initial consultation appointments and influence them to do so.
- Monitor current patients regarding their progress, treatment reminders, appointment reminders, etc.
- Prepare treatment summary reports for all patients after they have completed their treatment.
- Follow up with past patients and encourage them to return to the clinic for annual check-ups, new product launches, etc.
- Support colleagues in various administrative tasks as required.
- Utilize databases to introduce current clinic packages.
Qualifications:
- Ideally possess a diploma in sales.
- Any additional training or certification is an advantage but not required.
Skills:
- Effective and persuasive communicator.
- Proficient in spoken English and fluent, with clear articulation.
- Proficient in spoken Malay and fluent, with clear articulation.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales team.
- Any work experience demonstrating possession of required skills and ability to handle duties and responsibilities.
