Job Description

Main Duties:

Provide a standard patient and customer care in line with clinic operation guideline & policy.

Provide consultation to customer follow through procedure.

Maintain proper report and documentation of customer.

Administer medications /Injection accordingly.

Support event/ outreach programme when needed.

Perform registration and update waiting time/ which consultation room.

Answering and handling incoming calls on inquires accordingly.

To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Keep the clinic area clean and tidy.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess Diploma/degree in Nursing/ Medical Assistant or equivalent with valid APC of the year.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferable female, pleasant looking.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.

Good interpersonal skills, ethical approach to practice, well-groomed with a pleasant personality.

Possess own transport and able to do shift work.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
