• Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Clinic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

• Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients upon arrival at the clinic.

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality.

• Assist healthcare professionals with clinical procedures.

Dispense medicines.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic.

Handle tasks such as counting stock, ordering stock, and answering phone calls.

• Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary supplies are available.

• Qualifications:

- SPM/Diploma in Healthcare Management, Nursing or any related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Friendly, patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings.

- Morning shift (8am-3pm), evening shift (3pm-10pm), full shift(8am-10pm)
- Rotational shifts
- 6 days of working days, 1 off day

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,

• 00 - RM1,900.00 per month
