Position: Clinic Assistant

Handle front desk duties (Greeting patients ) Ensuring patients cards or treatment chit are prepared correctly according to SOP
- Registering patients at the counter with utmost care and good customer servce
Keeping registration counter neat and tidy while maintaining clinic's image- Filing and retrieving of patient cards ensuring filing system is followed and maintained for easy retrieval to minimize filing errors and misplaced/missing cards
Assisting doctor in treatment room.
- Willing to learn the medical equipment and items.
Senior Clinic Assistant: Certificate/Diploma in Healthcare/Nursing
- Clinic Assistant: Minimum SPM/STPM
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Candidate with clinical and customer service experience will be an advantage.
