Role: Client Success Manager
Salary: between 130,000 MYR - 160,000 MYR per year, depending on experience
Location: Remote working in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with proof of right to work - please note, we do not offer sponsorships for work visas.

What will you do
This role will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our network of global study centres in our Asia Region. The successful candidate will work with the Regional Director and Regional Manager to take ownership of partnerships following the point of accreditation.
The roles core responsibility is to work with study centres marketing and recruitment staffs to drive its enrolment of each study centre, to meet the regional annual growth targets by working with the Regional Director as well as other functional colleagues in Marketing, Academics as well as Student Support Team.
What do you need
To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
Degree qualification or equivalent or significant work experience/study equivalent to the level of NCUK programmes
Proven experience in client success or account management in sector
Experience working with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Results oriented with a focus on driving satisfaction and growth
