We are seeking a proactive and motivated Client Servicing Manager to join our growing team. You will be a key point of contact for our clients, managing their day-to-day needs and ensuring their marketing goals are achieved. - Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Serve as the main point of contact for client communication, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, implementation, and performance analysis. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and develop effective digital marketing strategies. Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and propose innovative solutions to drive business results.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as creative, content, and analytics, to ensure smooth campaign execution. Coordinate resources, manage timelines, and facilitate effective communication across teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Leverage market insights to provide strategic recommendations to clients and drive business growth.
- Nurture existing client relationships to drive customer retention and satisfaction. Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and negotiate contract renewals or upselling of services.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in digital marketing will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in account management or client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry. Experience in managing Chinese clients or working in a Chinese digital marketing context will be highly valued.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics. Familiarity with Chinese digital marketing platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu, WeChat, Weibo and Douyin) is desirable.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining successful client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ability to think strategically and develop effective digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives. Analytical mindset to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to address client requirements effectively.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential, as the role involves regular communication with Chinese clients and internal teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing client needs and market trends. Resilience and ability to handle pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
