Purpose of the Position:
- The role of this position is to serve as the lead point of contact to manage a portfolio of clients and sales agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of SG Supports services.
- You will be the pivot between the internal departments, external sales agencies and our clients.
- The role requires overall management of the portfolio including maintenance and growth of new opportunities and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service clients to ensure client satisfaction while achieving financial objectives and service quality.
- Understand client requirements and effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholder management to ensure clients expectations are met in a timely manner
- Prepare and deliver regular reports reviews, often via face-to-face meetings with clients
- Provide analytical capability, through interpreting data and identifying trends, provide advice and a strategic plan for clients in a consultative fashion.
- Reviewing clients performance and suggesting areas of improvement.
- Oversee customer/donor loyalty programmes to drive effectiveness in customer retention and review, monitor and make decisions relating to budgets.
- Provide a pipeline of client facing value-add campaigns which generate benefits to both parties and derive additional revenue streams.
- Be the main point of contact for all clients to streamline communication through one central person.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes Required:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a financial related field
- 5 years experience in client relationship management, sales management or consulting
- Experience in a subscription-based business will be seen favorably.
- Experience in the charity/non for profit sector, especially fundraising would be hugely advantageous.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written in English is necessary. A second Asian language will be
seen favorably.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, especially in English.
- Demonstrate that youre good with numbers and be able to analyse data sets.
- Able to work independently and as a team, with a positive work attitude. Fitting in within SGs vibrant culture is
important
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Computer literacy is essential, especially in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to travel overseas a few times a year if necessary.
- Experience in Microsoft Power BI would be advantageous.
