Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  • Able to handle customers through email and also live chat.
  • Able to type and write in Multilanguage (English and Mandarin preferred).
  • Good communication skills and have a fast typing speed.
  • Need to follow up with customer from time to time to achieve overall satisfactory.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, able to handle the urgent cases.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
  • Minimum with SPM holder
  • Knowledge in Mandarin/English (Mandarin is a MUST).
  • Experience/skills in customer service and strong communications would be an advantage.
  • Motivated & willing to learn.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated to earn more income.
  • With or without experience. Fresh graduate can apply.
  • Daring, aggressive, result oriented, willing to accept challenges and a high achiever.

Job Benefits

  • RM2300 - RM3500+
