  • Here are the responsibilities:
Prior experience in managing and resolving clients issues and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients, providing information and assistance as needed.
Provide timely reminders and confirmations to participants regarding scheduled appointments or events.
  • Maintain client records and databases, updating information accurately and confidentially.
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Desired skills & requirements:
Important - At least 1-3 years of experience in Customer Services/ Administration/ or any related industry.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Customer Service/ Hotel Management/ Business Administration or any related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
