Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to minimize client attrition and foster loyalty.
- Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
- Feedback Analysis: Analyze client feedback and data to enhance service offerings and improve overall satisfaction.
- Account Monitoring: Regularly monitor client accounts, providing timely updates on their status and performance.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, trading opportunities, and associated risks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations, client retention, or customer engagement, preferably within the forex industry.
- Strong understanding of the forex market and related financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
