Your role at Exness:

A member of the specialized client-facing department focussed on new account acquisition, uplift of existing mass retail accounts as well as retention of high value clients through a value-driven relationship-based approach. As a key front-line function within the company's growth strategy, Client Relationship Manager supports mass-retail customers by achieving desired outcomes from interactions across three main stages of the customer's life cycle; acquisition, reactivation and onboard new high value clients to Company, providing support and guidance at the start of the client user journey.

You will:

Uplift

  • Analyze the clients portfolio and contact clients who stopped or reduced trading with the company to find out the reasons.
  • Proactively reach the client in case of any information needed from the client in order to address the payment issues.
  • Manage the incoming clients queries and complaints
  • Tend to customers needs and concerns to offer the best solutions/alternatives to customers.

Acquisition

  • Direct customers to a specific outcome through company approved communication channels
  • Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items and business insights to enable a productive sales activity.
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the Company's products/services. Apply available resources to developing prospects.
  • Engage with the client following the sales process and practices defined for that opportunity.

Retention

  • Qualify and onboard existing clients to the premier / high value program.
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for Company products/services.
  • Educate clients on Company platforms and websites, proactively offering new tools and features to clients.
  • Participate in related industry & partners events and this will take in the form of expos, conventions, training and seminar sessions.
  • Assist the clients to get the trading strategy advice from the strategic market analyst.
  • Stay informed on the regulatory changes and trading news to keep the clients updated on the market conditions.
  • Engage with the client following the sales process and practices defined for that opportunity.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or any relevant client facing roles within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written in Khmer (native) and English
  • Excellent presentation skills in Khmer and English.
  • Excellent convincing and influencing skills.
  • Persistence and critical thinking skills.
  • Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau and other reporting tools.
  • Graduating with a Bachelor degree is compulsory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task with attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Able to work in a team and individually when need be
  • Willingness to travel for Business Trips.
  • Investment license/financial certifications highly regarded.
