About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship & Account
Manager to join our team. This role involves building and nurturing strong relationships with our
clients across Greater China and Southeast Asia. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping
clients maximize the value of our digital finance solutions while ensuring an exceptional
customer experience. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential, as you will
engage with a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of
clients, providing support, answering queries, and identifying opportunities for upselling
or cross-selling.
Account Growth: Identify client needs, tailor solutions, and drive client satisfaction to
build long-lasting relationships and ensure customer loyalty.
Market & Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of INFT's product
offerings and market trends to provide clients with informed insights and
recommendations.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns with a proactive approach,
coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Data-Driven Approach: Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to track client interactions,
analyze satisfaction metrics, and prioritize tasks for optimal efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin and English for effective communication
with clients across Greater China and Southeast Asia.
Driven & Resilient: Self-motivated, with a strong sense of purpose and a desire to
exceed performance targets.
Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrates commitment, reliability, and dedication to client
satisfaction.
Analytical & Organized: Capable of managing multiple accounts, projects, and tasks in
parallel, with a keen eye for detail.
Collaborative Mindset: Works effectively with cross-functional teams, including
marketing, sales, operations, and customer support.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Min 2+ years of experience in account management or a related client-facing role, ideally
within Traditional banks, FinTech - digital banking, or digital payments platform.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis to inform decision-making.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
