Client Relation Executive (Property Developer)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Relations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales team in closing deals.

• Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

• Assist the sales team in generating leads and closing deals.

Provide clients with detailed information about properties, including pricing, features, and benefits.

• Coordinate property viewings and site visits.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the sales process.

Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Prepare and present regular reports on client feedback and sales performance.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to attract new clients.

Participate in marketing events, property exhibitions, and open houses.

• Develop and distribute promotional materials and property information.

• Requirements

: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to handle difficult clients and resolve conflicts effectively.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

• Basic understanding of real estate market trends and property valuation.
