Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure client needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Account Management:
- Oversee client accounts to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to discuss their needs, satisfaction levels, and service performance.
- Monitor account performance and address any issues proactively.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Develop proposals and presentations to pitch new services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients.
Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate client feedback to relevant departments to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all client documentation and contracts are up to date.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on client activities, satisfaction, and service performance.
- Analyze client feedback and service performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in client relations or account management, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and accounts successfully.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools is a plus.
