Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure client needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Account Management:
  • Oversee client accounts to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to discuss their needs, satisfaction levels, and service performance.
  • Monitor account performance and address any issues proactively.
Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Develop proposals and presentations to pitch new services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients.
Coordination and Communication:
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate client feedback to relevant departments to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all client documentation and contracts are up to date.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on client activities, satisfaction, and service performance.
  • Analyze client feedback and service performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in client relations or account management, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and accounts successfully.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools is a plus.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to meeting client needs.
