Job Description

  • Responding to client inquiries, concerns, and queries by providing accurate information and solutions.

  • Assisting clients in resolving order issues, product problems, or other service-related difficulties.

  • Managing client complaints, listening to client feedback, finding solutions to improve client satisfaction.

  • Collaborating with other teams, such as sales, logistics, and quality control, to ensure client's needs are met.

  • Establishing and maintaining positive client relationships to foster loyalty.

  • Manages the return process, handles return requests, and ensures smooth processing.
  • Requirement*
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Reasonable command in written Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and English will be an advantage.

  • Always maintain high confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Possess good communication skills and able to interact with all levels in the organization.

  • Computer literate and able to communicate well with different characteristics of people.

    Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

    Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
