Job Description

We are looking for a driven Client Care and Operations Executive to be the face that greets all flowfam who walk through our doors. You will be responsible for upkeeping The Flow Studios impeccable service and spatial standards. If youre a highly organised people person who enjoys putting a smile on someones face, this is the role for you.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be highly organised with a friendly easy-going personality and is perceptive to clients needs. You should be able to handle difficult situations with a calm demeanour, and enjoy chatting with both clients and instructors. An interest in fitness is preferred but not essential. This role is the stepping stone towards learning how a studio operates, with plenty of opportunity to progress your career in a growing local start up!

Client Relationship Development

Exemplify excellent customer care and assume a leadership role in

providing a superior customer journey from start to finish - both online and in studio.

Assume ownership in ensuring that the physical studio environment meets The Flow Studio standards. Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, envi-ronment and functionality of all studio spaces.

Maintain an appropriate level of studio supplies so that all provisions and amenities are available for all clients and staff at all times.

Maintain a high level of customer communication through personal in-teraction with clients. Follows up with new students to support them in practice development.

Revenue Growth and Profitability

Plan and execute class schedules that appeal to the local market and re-sult in optimum attendance and yoga/pilates revenue.

Collaborate with management to plan and execute strategies that con-tinuously bring new students into the studio.

Subject matter expert on systems & product/package knowledge.

Train front desk staff to inspire optimum client purchases.

Proactively manages multiple class schedules and front desk schedules to ensures optimum attendance and controlling of costs.

Personnel Development

Train and develop studio front desk staff to the highest standards.

Ensures front desk are scheduled and staffed accordingly.

Operations / Administrative

  • Opening/closing the studio.
Provide excellent customer service to help reduce attrition and increase retention through active interactions as appropriate.
  • Resolving all customer queries via email or telephone promptly in line with studio SOPs.
Assist in daily scheduling of classes and ad hoc administrative issues.
  • Greeting and checking in clients as they come into practice.
Ensuring the studio rooms and common areas are kept in a clean, sanitized and immaculate manner in accordance with The Flow Studio standards.
  • Oversees studio maintenance (proactively and as issues arise).
Be knowledgeable about our products/programs with the ability to provide accurate recommendations & promote sales to clients.
