About The Department

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide segment strategies support via strategic alliances and marketing integration.
  • In charge of client acquisition through partner bases Involve in segmentation value proposition creation and distribution strategy.
  • Integrate campaigns Integration to Sales Activities Partner co marketing sponsorship for internal sales activities.
  • Develop and implement marketing communication strategies Track and report on all campaign launches.
  • Identify leads to be pumped into Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for cross selling.
  • Monitor CRM leads closure and reporting.
  • Work closely with Client Advisors and Relationship Managers on monthly on boarding events at branches.

Job Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in sales and services within the Banking industry or any related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, a team player and able to work independently.
  • Self motivated and committed, with a desire to achieve goals and targets.
  • Able to set and maintain high standards of professionalism, work ethics and team spirit.
