Role Description
- Responsible & accountable for designing the marketing campaign strategy and offer for company activities together with team.
- Responsible & accountable for executing and managing marketing campaigns as per the final approved plan, given timeline and client objectives.
- Responsible for communicating and presenting updates on campaign progress to clients and the internal team.
- Responsible for managing and sourcing any resource required to meet client objective.
- Responsible for providing the best customer experience to the client, ensuring quality assurance, and that products and services meet customer expectations. Delivered by the team meet client objectives as per the final approved plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in account management or customer relationship management
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
