Minimum 2 years experience .
Proficient and Familiarity with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
Knowledge of email systems, including Microsoft Outlook and Gmail.
Working knowledge and ability in using office equipment, including printers, scanner machines, and phone systems.
Maintain, organize, record keeping, filing and elerking task for machine spareparts, office supplies and department personnel.
Other clerking and ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
