TASK:- Assist superior with basic office correspondence, documents and receipts record.
Responsible for handling / recording employee attendance.- Collect information and perform data entry
Updating and storing business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for other employees.
- Prepare reports, letter and other business documents
To perform other related activities /duties and responsibilities as requested by superior from time to time- Support daily office operational administrative activities and running smoothly
Good in excel and documentation skill
