Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Management:
Collect, organize, and maintain project documentation, including drawings, contracts, reports, permits, and correspondence.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately filed, cataloged, and easily retrievable both physically and electronically.
Data Entry and Database Maintenance:
  • Input data into project management software and databases.
Regularly update records to reflect the latest project developments and changes.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of documents to check for accuracy and completeness.
Coordination and Communication:
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
Distribute and communicate relevant documents to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Support and Administration:
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team as needed.
Archiving and Retention:
  • Ensure proper archiving of documents at the end of the project or project phase.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: From RM1,
  • 00 per month
