Job Description

Salary: RM 1700 - RM 1800
  • Working Location:
  • Jalan Ampang
  • Key Responsibilities :
For imaging process with clear quality output.
  • Collect Branches Mails from Office Services Department.
Check the accuracy of important documents received from branches.
  • Prepare documents receive from branches and HQ.
Scan/ Index all documents.
  • Daily update accurately the carton number.
To retrieve documents, requested by branches and HQ.
  • The Person:
Has SPM, STPM , DIPLOMA qualification.
  • Good in customer service and able to operate a PC.
Has good proficiency in English.
  • Able to work with a team, efficient in managing workload and able to work overtime when needed.
Have the right attitude for hard work and able to produce high quality work under pressure.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM1,800.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
