Lead and manage the housekeeping department to ensure all areas of the room are clean and well-maintained.
Develop and implement cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain consistent high-quality standards.
To organize employees shifts, training and motivating team members.
To have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.
To ensure the cleanliness of public areas, guestrooms, uniform/linen/guest laundry and surround service areas and ensure maximum guest satisfaction, adhering to the standard required by our hotel.
Oversee inventory, ordering and proper usage of cleaning supplies, equipment and linens.
To supervise Housekeeper, PA Attendant, Linen Attendant/Seamstress/Runner Performing various routine, periodic, project and ad hoc cleaning activities at the hotel.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM
Minimum 3 years working experience in similar field. Possess working experience in supervisory role especially in housekeeping and preferably from shopping mall/ hotel industry.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and be able to make appropriate decisions in difficult situations.
Must be able to give direction to Housekeepers.
Good in Microsoft Office and able to update data and prepare Housekeeping reports
