Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Leading the cleaning team to achieve high cleanliness standards.
  • Organizing schedules and daily tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure consistent cleaning quality.
  • Managing inventory and cleaning equipment.
  • Communicating effectively with the team and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing cleaning reports regularly.
  • Responsible for the attendance and replacement of cleaning staff.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in cleaning/supervision or related positions.
  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Strong leadership skills and good organizational skills.
  • Meticulous and attentive to details.
  • Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.
  • Good time management skills.
