Job Title- Claims Processor-Asssociate/Sr. Associate
Location- KL
We are looking for Claims Processor/Senior Claims Processor to join our team to manage our client's claims handling processes and requirements within client's agreed limits or the authority levels across Asia Pacific region, process transactions accurately, communicate as and when required via emails, and ensuring at all times that the process is carried out efficiently within the approved guidelines and agreed timeframes. RESPONSIBILITIES-
1- Processing General Insurance and Specialty Insurance Claims, including but not limited to, verifying claim documentation, evaluating claims eligibility, determining coverage parameters and calculating appropriate claims settlements.
2- Effective and efficient administrative support in all aspects of Specialty claims handling and with accordance to the agreed SLA
3- Organized and control of work in an efficient manner, in accordance with the business and regulatory (UK and others) requirements
4- Stay updated with Service Standards, legal and regulatory requirements to perform claims activities
5- Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with Underwriters and/or outstanding information from clients
6- Participate in project initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of the department
7- Proactively identify process gaps and provide solutions to the identified gaps
QUALIFICATIONS-
1- Bachelors Degree of any qualification.
2- Fresh Graduate or Candidate with at least 1-3 year experience in the insurance industry, particularly in the Claims
3- Processing/Claims Handling are encouraged to apply
4- Good command of speaking and writing English and Mandarin
5- Meticulous with the attention to details
6- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
7- Result-orientated with sense of urgency
8- Knowledge of Claims procedures and best practice
9-Back office, Non Voice with excellent comprehension and business writing skills.
