-Possess Bachelor Diploma, Cert in engineering (Civil) / maintenance or related qualification.
-Minimum(3) years of working experience working in related with facilities management.

- Carry out work - scheduled maintenance work (PPM) daily, weekly, monthly according to the schedule scheduled or directed
- Resolve all problems such as complaints, requests, criticisms and customer dissatisfaction.
- Receive details of the complaint (Work Order), obtain confirmation (verification) and return the Work Order on CSR
- Ensure that complaints are resolved promptly and meet the prescribed KPIs.
