Requirements:

Possess Diploma, SPMV, Cert in engineering/ maintenance or related qualification.
Minimum one (1) year of working experience working in related with facilities management.

Job scope :
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks (PPM) daily, weekly, or monthly as per the designated schedule or instructions provided.
Address all issues including complaints, requests, criticisms, and customer dissatisfaction promptly and effectively.- Receive complaint details (Work Order), verify the information, and return the Work Order on CSR
Ensure timely resolution of complaints in accordance with predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
