iS.net was formed early
- The objectives of formation iS.net mainly to promote local talents in ICT development in the country. With the strength of more than 50 personnel in various background. iS.net is playing major role in monitoring fire alert from more than 8000 designated buildings throughout the country. Besides, iS.net have 21 maintenance companies nationwide to install and maintain SPKA system. iS.net is associating with all TELCO companies in Malaysia. These companies are providing network communication to all SPKA subscribers. iSnet is a catalyst in internet of thing (IoT) in the country.
- Qualification, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Fresh graduates with internship experience are preferred.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including structural analysis, materials science, and geotechnical engineering.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to civil engineering, such as CAD, BIM,BMS and structural analysis software.
Experience in M&E and E&E is a bonus
Experience in government, municipal and private tender and project submission
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge sales of construction methods, materials, and building codes is an advantage.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable language for non-technical audiences.
- Administrative Support:
Assist the Business Development team in managing daily schedules, including meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements.
Prepare, organize, and maintain sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Handle incoming inquiries from clients and coordinate with the Business Development to provide timely responses.
- Technical Support:
Provide technical expertise on products and solutions, including specifications, applications, and compliance with industry standards.
Assist clients with selecting appropriate products for their projects, considering factors such as cost, performance, and sustainability.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Customer Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the absence of the Business Development, addressing basic inquiries and concerns.
Follow up with clients on project status, deliveries, and any additional information needed.
Maintain and update the customer relationship management with accurate client data and interaction records.
- Project Coordination:
Assist in tracking the progress of ongoing construction projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and engineering, to ensure materials and products are delivered as scheduled.
Help prepare project-related reports and summaries for both internal and client review.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation:
Prepare detailed proposals, including pricing, technical specifications, and terms and conditions.
Assist the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing and post-sales support.
Engage with Government, Municipal or private clients and principal.
- Collaboration/Support/Site-Visit:
Participate in site visits and presentations with the Business Development team to provide technical expertise and insights on construction solutions and projects.
Assist in translating proposals and technical documents into engineering language to ensure clarity and accuracy for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
