Selling tickets/food/drinks with adhering the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
Manage cash efficiently.
Providing food & drinks according to procedures established by the company at the required standards.
Maintain the cleanliness of all facilities according to the procedures established for the customer's safety & comfort.
Ensure that all safety-related tasks are carried out following procedures established.
Comply with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and PAT (Patron Addressing Technique) scripts provided.
Support in the adhoc tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
At least a Secondary School Certificate /SPM/ O Level in any field.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must be polite & courteous in providing good Customer's Experience in welcoming guests in buying movie tickets, selling F&B to complement the movie experience, providing assistance to the cinema hall, and upkeeping the cinema premise at tip top conditions.
Experienced in customer service role is an added advantage ie. F&B server, sales representative, retail assistant, etc.
