Assist and support the Department Head in maintaining all the culinary, organizational and administrative standards of the Pastry and Chocolate Kitchen.- Maintain the culinary standards specific for the outlets. Ensure that culinary standards comply with the company requirement.
Monitor and control the requisitioning, storage and careful use of available products in all menus and operating supplies.
- Monitor and maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen, staff and kitchen helper.
Monitor the daily order from the outlets, (Kaffe 16 & Wonderland-Lot 10).- Product or stocks for each outlet must be monitored and maintain, these includes cakes and pastries and Garnish.
Workshop facilitation and host the workshop, providing engaging and informative instruction to participants of all ages, from children to adults.
- Clean up the work area after the workshop, ensuring that all equipment and materials are packed away securely and left in good condition.
