Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is part of a 65-storey mixed-use tower that will include 242 Four Seasons Private Residences, 27 serviced apartments, a 209-key Four Seasons Hotel and a six- floor of 250,000 square foot luxury retail podium, collectively known as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur. The Hotel introduces several unique dining outlets to the city, including a Cantonese restaurant, lobby and rooftop pool bars, and an all-day dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Petronas Twin Towers. Chief Steward
The Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Chief Steward who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.
The F & B operation can only function properly with a solid backbone of stewarding operation.
Responsibilities
Supports the restaurants in their BOH operation and cleaning and supplying OS&C
Supports and proactively contributes to the alignment with the F&B concept in the outlet
Must have great guest approach and be able to manage a team
Team leadership skills to manage a team and busy Banqueting operation
Strong technical skills, knowledge about cleaning utensils and chemicals are required
Ability to conduct regular inventories of china, glass and silver
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, Birchstreet and Heath time management system
Ability to conduct interviews and annual reviews
Needs to be strong administrator
Candidates must have a firm knowledge of the local market and speak Bahasa Malaysia as well as being fluent in English. Must have the right to work in Malaysia.
