Role Overview:


The Chief of Staff (CoS) will serve as a key strategic partner to the executive team, ensuring the efficient operation of the organisation. This role involves managing projects, overseeing staff, and facilitating communication across departments to support the achievement of Sigma School's goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Support: Assist the executive team in developing and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
Communication Management: Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of key projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Administrative Oversight: Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to optimise time management.
  • Performance Monitoring: Help define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor team performance, providing insights for improvement.
Crisis Management: Anticipate potential issues and address them proactively, ensuring smooth operations and employee engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment by building relationships with team members and promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Requirements and Skills:
  • Experience: Have experience in business management or executive support roles, with proven success in project coordination and operations management.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: A nimble business mind focused on developing creative solutions to complex challenges.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
