Job Responsibility
- Identify and attract new tenants with strong profiles and reliable backgrounds to ensure a high-quality tenant mix.
- Consistently meet or exceed the monthly leasing targets set by management.
- Implement strategies to maintain maximum occupancy rates at all times, minimizing vacancy periods.
- Work proactively to increase lease renewal rates, ensuring tenant satisfaction and long-term tenancy.
- Oversee and manage a team of customer service executives, ensuring they provide excellent service to tenants and support the leasing process efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the commercial property development industry, with a proven track record in leasing and tenant management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with tenants and team members.
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and solving problems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform leasing strategies and decisions.
The incumbent will be based in Mid Valley Southkey (MVS) North Tower, Southkey Johor.
