Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Responsible for Financial stewardship of MY & SG, in close partnership with the country commercial team
Ensure strong compliance to Financial controls and Sandoz Accounting Manual in all countries
Develop country priorities in collaboration with the Country Head and allocate resources to accordingly (Country Growth Plans, Channel & Geographical expansion, Business reorganisation etc.)
Monitor and keep track of all Risks and Opportunities for the business, actively managing the P&L to ensure key objectives are met
Review Outlooks, Latest Forecasts (LFs) and Budgets as well as analysis of Actual performance
Optimising Net Working Capital, closely monitor over dues and slow moving inventory
Ensure business is managed within the Management Approval Limits, seeking cluster/regional endorsement in a timely manner when needed
Functionally lead the local Finance team: Recruitment, Training and development of Finance team. Ensure strong bench strength in the MY & SG Finance teams managing personal and capability building activities across function
Closely work with the cluster CFO to provide business and financial insights and alignment with cluster BPA in the planning process
Collaborate closely with cross functional and cross divisional teams to ensure business results (Commercial, BD&L, Portfolio, Supply chain, Shared services, Procurement, IT etc)
What youll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Commercial finance experience / BPA background, prior CFO experience withing the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Highly adept in analysis, and possesses the ability to understand complexity easily, dive into detail, drive business discussions and provide insights on opportunities that can exist withing the markets.
Leadership maturity, and team management experience.
Good business insight, agile.
Demonstrate capability to drive performance among challenges, embrace changes and deliver results with positive approach.
