WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide comprehensive financial oversight, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the goals of the telecommunication industry.
- Lead the preparation of financial strategic plans, taking into account the unique challenges and opportunities within the telecommunication sector.
- Conduct thorough risk management analysis, evaluating the organizations investments and liabilities in the context of the fast-paced and evolving telecommunication industry.
- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with telecommunication industry regulations and financial standards.
- Efficiently manage and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance on financial matters to cross-functional teams within the telecommunication sector.
- Supervise the timely processing of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, maintaining accurate records in accordance with industry practices.
- Oversee collection activities, including sending follow-up inquiries and negotiating with past-due accounts in the telecommunication context.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in senior leadership roles spanning more than 20 years, showcasing a consistent track record of effectively developing and implementing successful financial strategies.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the telecommunication industry.
- Candidates with a background in public-listed companies will be highly considered.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance specific to the telecommunication sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing finance teams.
