About The Job
The Chief Executive Office (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company and establish long-term goals, strategies, plans and policies. The CEO will oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- You will need to develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Expand the network of customers, including but not limited to FMCG, Telco, Consumer Electronics, Health & Beauty, Distributors and Retailers
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
- Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth. Oversee the company's financial performance, investments, and other business ventures
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 7 years of experience in a senior management position
- Minimum 10-15 years work experience in the FMCG industry or distributor
