Assisting Assistant Operation Manager/Operation Manager in running operations in the services area, especially on the barista smoothly.- Planned, prepare, and implemented high-quality beverage products, and set-ups in all areas of the outlets.
Ensure that all beverage items are prepared as per standard recipe cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
- Ensure that all recipes and product yields are accurately costed and reviewed regularly.
Develops, designs, or creates new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, of food products, including artistic contributions.- Assists in determining how beverages should be presented and creates decorative food displays.
Work seamlessly with recipes, standards, and plating guides and maintain all HACCP aspects within the restaurant operation.
- Able to make recommendations to the Assistant Operation Manager/Operation Manager regarding succession planning.
Maintains knowledge of local competition and general industry trends.- Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
Creates new recipes to improve beverage products from Menate brands and designs new recipes in consideration of ideas and market demand for new products.
- Improves the recipes and preparation methods to meet mass production and regulatory needs.
Assist in designing marketing strategies based on approach and ideas in creating new products.- Ensures any problems and issues that arise are rectified in a positive and professional manner.
Use appropriately all equipment, tools, and machines and focus on constant improvement of training manuals and SOPs.
- Responsible for conducting training to all baristas in the Menate outlet.
* Responsible for any ad hoc task from time to time by superior.
