Responsible to perform sampling of water samples.
Perform chemical analysis on purified water and product according to established SOP on timely manner.
Responsible to compile data and generate report based on the tests conducted.
Ensures laboratory investigations and Out of Specification results are documented and reported.
Perform maintenance and related testing for Purified Water System.
Monitor and record daily data of Purified Water System.
Responsible to prepare, maintained and record the chemical consumption on Purified Water System.
Perform Environmental Control Monitoring in production area and ensure cleanliness of production area to comply within specifications.
Maintain safety in the laboratory and assist in development of chemical hazard awareness.
Perform preventive maintenance and usage record for laboratory equipment.
Co-ordinates and updates documentation within the laboratory to ensure all documents are controlled in line with requirements.
