Job Description:
- Execute day to day sales operations (e.g. making regular sales calls/visits, handling sales inquiries and quotation, after sales service, attend complaints to improve customer satisfaction and payment collection within credit term)
Develop new accounts by actively prospecting in assigned sales territory.- To build good rapport and understand the needs of customers, advise them regarding product application, pricing, promotions, solutions development and proposed delivery.
Able to interact with customers (at all levels) in a fast-paced competitive market by being proactive, resourceful and efficient.
- To submit Daily and Weekly Pipeline reporting in a timely manner.
Performing monthly sales forecast & sell-out analysis.- Feedback market intelligence by gathering current market information on pricing, product, competitor activities, market trend, etc.
Self-equipped with fundamental of basic lubricant product knowledge through in-house trainings provided.
- Must have no fear of rejection and have the ability to conquer objections.
Position Requirements:
Possess a Degree qualification in relevant field studies in engineering/business studies.
Preferable with relevant 1- 2 year working experience related from related Sales Industry -lubricant/automotive spare-parts/ chemical distribution business. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form using English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin & local dialect will be an added advantage.
Able to use MS Office, Powerpoint and Excel.
Possess positive attitude, diligent and good problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate high level of attention to details, integrity and discipline.
Possess own transport and valid driving license.
