Responsibilities:- Oversee the purchasing activities for chemicals and related materials.
Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost and supply chain efficiency.- Manage supplier relationships and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends to forecast purchasing needs.
Prepare and present purchasing reports to senior management.
Minimum 2 year of work experience related to Chemical Purchasing.- Bachelors degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPM) are advantageous.
Extensive experience in chemical purchasing or procurement management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in purchasing software and Microsoft Office.
In-depth knowledge of chemical procurement processes and industry regulations.
