Job Responsibility
- Assist in planning and executing all functions of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation mainly on back of the house operations including staff supervision, inventory controls and food/labour cost, and product quality.
- Keeping storerooms and refrigerator and freezer organized.
- Assist in ordering and receiving necessary food products, beverages and supplies.
- Ensures on a daily basis that the kitchen is staffed appropriately, the kitchen is clean, inventory levels are appropriate and equipment is working properly.
- Including cooking, scheduling, forecasting, and F&B cost calculations.
- Monitor inventory of food, beverages and supplies
Job Requirements
We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation, Develop menus, food purchase specifications and recipes.
- Can speak in English and Mandarin
- Expert knowledge of Restaurants cuisine and keep up with cooking trends, ability to develop unique recipes and best practices.
- Current knowledge of trends on the restaurant industry.
