Requirement- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes.
Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.- Assisting the Head Chef in health and safety of kitchen operations.
Assisting the Head Chef in food hygiene & halal practices.
- Managing and training any Commis Chefs.
Monitoring portion and waste control.
Relevant certification in culinary.- Relevant experience in similar role.
Applicants must be willing to work in Desaru.
