Foodle Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes, contributing to the overall success of our kitchen.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in your designated section
- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and creativity
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
