Position Overview:We are seeking a Chat Support Specialist who is fluent in Thai to join our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Thai and English, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to service level agreements
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service delivery
Fluent in Thai and English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of [specific software or tools] is a plus
