Job Description

Comprehend customer inquiries and provide responses through the relevant channel: chat.
  • Grasp customer inquiries, ensuring they receive answers or are directed to the appropriate support channel.
Handle customer escalations, ensuring timely responses, tracking, and necessary further escalation

Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma Fresh graduates
SPM holder with 1 year experience
  • Able to work in rotational shift
Able to understand simplified Mandarin - Read, write and speak

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,
  • 00 - RM5,000.00 per month
