Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
Proficient in Mandarin with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, admin, customer service or a similar role, preferably within the non-profit or corporate social responsibility (CSR) sector.
Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and volunteers.
Experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and online community engagement would be an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design tools (preferred but not mandatory).
